With a foundation in Engineering from BITS Pilani and consulting experience at E&Y, Alaap spearheads business consulting, ERP/BPI, automation, and IoT initiatives. Since 2010, he has pioneered frameworks like the 7 Chakra Model and Business Process Interface design, leading transformative projects for leading names including JSPL, Trident, Vardhman, Amira Foods, Apollo Hospitals, and more.

PBOPlus is a Business Process Management consulting firm, headquartered in New Delhi since 2008. With over a decade of deep industry experience, we’ve noticed every business is unique but the challenges often trace back to the same root: fragmented processes that slow down the profit. At PBOPlus, we identify the gaps with our on-ground team to replace them with horizontal, end-to-end systems that bring clarity, accountability, and customer alignment. Our Journey

2010: Early seed

Founded by Ajai Dayal & Alaap Dayal who come with global consulting experience, PBOPlus was started to help Indian businesses move from rigid hierarchies to process-driven, customer-first organizations.

2010 – 2013: Breakthrough

Developed a landmark cost reduction program at MONET, saving ₹50 Cr.

Developed the proprietary 7 Chakra© Model, gaining recognition in manufacturing.

2014 – 2016: Expansion & Recognition

Implemented 7 Chakra© at Jindal Steel, contributing to the Prime Minister’s Trophy.

Team size grew to 30–40 consultants, with projects expanding into time-reduction across supply chains, truck turnaround, and shop-floor changeovers.

2017 – 2019: Growth

Team scaled to nearly 100 consultants.

Built in-house tech and automation tools.

Introduced a fixed-variable outcome consulting model — rare among mid-sized firms.

2019 – 2022: AI Evolution

Launched ODIF (One Day In Full) in 2019 to boost people performance. 

Launched OSIF (One Shift In Full) in 2022 to digitize and automate processes Marked. 

PBO’s transition from consulting to an AI-enabled solutions provider.
